Our client is a leading property group, focusing on
ownership, management and development of industrial property
and business space throughout USA and India As management,
property services and property development, they have grown
into one of the largest property groups globally.

With strong commitment to India our client is now looking
for an experienced and established Architect to join their
growing team. Based in Bangalore the position will play a
vital role in the design and construction of Greenfield
sites in Bangalore for eventual sale and lease to
international companies investing in the region.

The successful candidate's roles and responsibilities will
include, but not be limited to:

Client interaction, to understand their requirements for
the industrial and commercial sectors

Drawing up and development of detailed design and
production information

Preparation of specifications, and involvement in contract
documentation and procurement

Solid experience of AutoCAD

Ability to work both independently and with a team to
ensure all goals are met

Close cooperation with the Project Management to ensure
that construction is timely and to the required
specifications

With an active growth strategy for Bangalore, the
candidate will be expected to play an integral role in the
growth of our client's property portfolio, with the
potential for travel around the region.

The successful candidate will be expected to be educated
to a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, with solid experience
in an international environment. Fluent English and
abilities, combined with strong communication skills are
expected.
