Responsibilities
• Management of Space and Infrastructure – Planning,
Implementation, Allocation, Maintenance.
• Manage Support Service departments, Communication and
Utilities.
• Procurement / Purchase and Vendor Development
• Liaison with Statutory Authorities (Government)
Architects, Vendors, Consultants, Internal Teams, Finance
Department
• Commercial Functions pertaining to Facilities and
Infrastructure.
• Logistics / Vehicle Management, Travel facilities /
arrangements
• House-Keeping & matters pertaining to Security
including Utilities thereof
• Motivate and Supervise the Team in Facilities
function.
