Job Description* Designing, implementing and monitoring
financial policies
* Prepare financial reports and forecasts
* Planning & Budgeting, Costing work, Assignments
involving preparation of budgets, variance analysis
* Interfacing with the financial community and investors
* Ratio analysis,Budgetary Control,Profit planning &
Control
* To lead the Statutory Audit and Tax audits
* Manage all direct and indirect tax reporting and
regulatory work
* To manage sales accounting and receivables
* Commercial activities / Vendor Management / supply chain
/ Inventory / Demand planning
* Credit Control & Collections
* To lead all franchisee / distributor reconciliation
processes
* Should be able to make timely and sound decisions to
enhance organizational productivity and efficiency
Desired Profile* Should be a Chartered Accountant with min
8 years of work experience
* Should be preferably from Apparel / Manufacturing / FMCG
industry.
* Should be able to Gather information, analyze situation
and propose solutions.
* Should have very good communication / interpersonal /
negotiation skills
* Ability to work under pressure with superiors /
subordinates
